Yes. We work on pieces from any store, not just jewellery originally purchased from ADX.
Yes. Tarnish and dulled finishes are refinished and polished back to their original shine, and white gold pieces can be re-plated with rhodium if they've lost their coating. If there's structural damage — a worn prong, a cracked shank — that's repaired first, before any polishing, so the piece is sound underneath the shine.
